Extra token packs

One-time purchases for subscribers. You can buy a pack when your monthly base tokens are at 10% or less (1,000 tokens or fewer). Extra tokens do not expire at the end of the month; they stay until you use them.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm: “I agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. I request immediate supply of the digital service and tokens and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once supply begins. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.”

How tokens are used

• 1 token = US$0.002. The monthly plan's 10,000 tokens are worth US$20.00, and token packs are priced at the same rate.
• Each AI request (sentence or word study, pronunciation check, and listening audio) uses tokens based on the amount of AI processing it needs. Longer text uses more tokens. Every request uses at least 1 token.
• TOPIK mock test: 20 tokens per TOPIK I or TOPIK II test and 55 tokens per TOPIK Speaking test with AI scoring (subscribers only). The tokens are deducted when you press Start test and are not returned if you stop or leave before finishing.
• Your monthly base tokens are used first. Extra tokens are used only after the base tokens run out.
• Base tokens are refilled to 10,000 each time your monthly subscription payment goes through (your first payment and every renewal). Unused base tokens do not carry over. Extra tokens are not affected by the refill.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep your subscription for 7 days while you update your card, with no refill in that time. When the payment goes through, your base is refilled to 10,000 minus the base tokens you used during those days.
• You can see each deduction by date on the Tokens page after you sign in.

Taxes

Displayed prices exclude tax. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax based on the buyer’s country at checkout.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can cancel at any time from the Tokens page or through Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal: you will not be charged again, and you keep access and your tokens until the end of the current billing period. Before that date you can undo the cancellation. All payments (subscriptions and token packs) are non-refundable. We do not give full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused time or unused tokens, including after cancellation. Tokens and subscription features are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Paddle may, at its own discretion, grant refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the tokens granted by that purchase are removed from your account. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, such as a right of withdrawal that has not been lost or a remedy if the service is faulty or not as described. Where the law requires a refund, one will be given. This policy applies to purchases made on or after 27 September 2026 (2026-09-27).
